The 6^th CSTP is an 18-week program, consisting of two terms. An Orientation & Information Technology (IT) Week has also additionally been designed to familiarize the probationers with modern-day IT needs in public sector office work. The training design in terms of duration and module content has been made as per the occupational needs of the probationers. The training activities focus on Modules to be conducted through Lecture Discussions (LDs), Workshops, Panel Discussions (PDs), Tutorial Discussions (TDs), Seminars, etc. It includes an Orientation & IT Week focusing on improving computer literacy for operational digital working for the training assignments. It further includes other individual and group assignments such as Current Issue Presentations (CIPs), Revenue Research Paper (RRP), Synopsis Writing, Case Study Research (CSR), Local Study Visits (LSVs), National Study Tour (NST), etc. The group assignments are given special focus in this program, along with the individual assignments. In addition to these, sports and cultural activities are also part of the program. All these activities are assessed for individual achievement. The TMR Wing will issue specific instructions for these activities from time to time. Any additional activities may also be incorporated in this training program if it is considered necessary and useful to accomplish the overall objectives of the course plan.
